This shield brooch is set in Platinum and covered in Diamonds with approximately 1.50 Carats with a 0.75 Carat Sapphire. This Shield Brooch is from the 1920's and it looks all original to me which means this Sapphire is old has a beautiful color and probably Burma with no noticeable inclusions. This is a brooch with a double clip system and hangs very nicely from a chain. Wear this as a brooch or a necklace. There are 5 baguette Diamonds and the rest 52 Diamonds are round cut.
This measures 1 1/8" x 3/4" and weighs 6.7 Grams.
