Suspended from this unusual chain are five exceptionally unique and very rare enameled charms, all in 18k gold. The detailed clown charm holds a baton and his shirt has three sapphires as buttons.
There is also an Uncle Sam charm (enamel could use restoration), a devil with a tail holding a pearl, an American Indian with a tomahawk and feathered headdress, and a lady swimmer in bathing suit and cap.
