FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. International orders must pay for shipping and any custom duties incurred.
Usual shipping time is 1-2 business days upon receipt of order. Regular delivery is via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx if in the United States or DHL or FedEx if outside the United States. Shipments will be made to the billing address only. Price of shipping includes insurance and “signature required” charges for all non-U.S. and overnight orders.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt, you may return any unused item for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned. Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and so that we may send you return instructions. Because the safe return of your package is as important to Cris Notti Jewels as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. Ship your package via USPS REGISTERED MAIL and request a return receipt, which will assure you that your package has arrived at Cris Notti Jewels. DO NOT INDICATE ANYWHERE ON THE PACKAGE THAT IT CONTAINS JEWELRY. We will not be responsible for lost packages.
Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Cris Notti Jewels. All jewelry and diamonds will be inspected by our gemologist prior to the refund being processed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. If your merchandise came with a Certificate of Appraisal, it must be returned with the merchandise or you will be responsible for a $100 replacement of certificate charge.
