I just love plique a jour jewelry. It is an old fashion technique that is really not done much these days. It takes an expert to create Plique a jour as this is like building a glass mosaic and without special skills by a master it can not be done. This ring is truly unusual as it is Plique a Jour with a single pearl. The plique is lovely colors of green with a bit of yellow. Very unique. This ring weighs 9.1 gram is a size US 5 and the pearl is 7.46 cm around. There are 18 small Diamonds surrounding the pearl and shank marked 14K. There are also 3 Diamonds of .12 points each. This can be sized up or down.
